Will prices go up?
Prices for new subscribers may go up as we add features. If the price of your plan changes, we'll let you know at least 30 days before your next renewal.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime from your profile. You keep access until your billing period ends.
What happens to my drills if I downgrade?
Your drills are always safe. If you downgrade, you keep everything but can't add new ones beyond free tier limits.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! The free plan lets you try every core feature — Live Practice Mode, Play Designer, Swipe feed, search, and more. Upgrade when you need unlimited drills, plans and plays, or printable plan PDFs.
Can I upgrade from Coach Pro to Team later?
Yes. Pick Team on this page. Before anything is charged you'll see the exact amount due today and your next charge. The switch happens as soon as you confirm. Changing between monthly and yearly starts a new billing period today.
How does team billing work?
One coach (the owner) pays for the team. All team members get full Pro features when working within the team. The owner manages billing and invites.
What if I need more coaches or teams?
Team includes 3 coaches. Program includes 5 teams with 3 coaches each (15 total). For larger organizations, email hello@laxai.app to discuss custom options.
Can coaches be on multiple teams?
Yes! Coaches can be invited to multiple teams. They'll have access to each team's shared library and plans.
Tax-exempt organization? Schools, leagues, and registered nonprofits — email hello@laxai.app with your state exemption certificate and we'll set up your account so checkout shows $0 tax.
