Will prices go up?
Yes — these are founding member rates available during our launch. As we add features and grow, prices will increase for new subscribers. But if you subscribe now, your rate is locked in forever. We'll never raise the price on founding members.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Cancel anytime from your profile. You keep access until your billing period ends.
What happens to my drills if I downgrade?
Your drills are always safe. If you downgrade, you keep everything but can't add new ones beyond free tier limits.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! The free plan lets you try every core feature — Live Practice Mode, Play Designer, Swipe feed, search, and more. Upgrade when you need unlimited storage and PDF exports.
Can I upgrade from Coach Pro to Team later?
Yes! Upgrade anytime and you'll be prorated for the difference. Your drills transfer automatically.
How does team billing work?
One coach (the owner) pays for the team. All team members get full Pro features when working within the team. The owner manages billing and invites.
What if I need more coaches or teams?
Team includes 3 coaches. Program includes 5 teams with 3 coaches each (15 total). For larger organizations, email support@laxai.app to discuss custom options.
Can coaches be on multiple teams?
Yes! Coaches can be invited to multiple teams. They'll have access to each team's shared library and plans.
Tax-exempt organization? Schools, leagues, and registered nonprofits — email hello@laxai.app with your state exemption certificate and we'll set up your account so checkout shows $0 tax.
